Banana steamed Cake for vegetarian

Ingredient

1. 400 grams : Cake flour
2. 300 grams : Banana
3. 1/2 Tablespoon : Baking powder
4. 1/2 Tablespoon : Baking Soda
5. 1/2 Tablespoon : Salt
6. 200 grams : Sugar
7. 75 grams : Coconut sugar or Jaggery
8. 1 tablespoon : Lime juice
9. 200 grams : Coconut milk
10.150 grams : Soybean oil

Instructions

1. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda together.
2. Spin banana , coconut milk , sugar , coconut sugar and salt together.
3. Pour into a bowl and add the flour.
4. Add soybean oil into the mixture.
5. Stirring continuously until the solution becomes well mixed.
6. Add Lime juice and stir together.
7. Cover and leave for 30 minutes.
8. Pour mixture in a mold with baking paper inside(3/4).
9. Steamed about 12 - 15 minutes.
10.Then remove from the Steaming pot and remove pastry paper.
